Lisa and Ellen bonded over long flights to Brazil, Italy and Thailand where they were collaborating to manage Global Category Development for the Worldwide Consumer Medicines Division at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS).
Lisa’s road to BMS Thailand began in advertising account management. After several years in client service, Lisa decided to become a client herself. At Bristol-Myers Squibb, she distinguished herself as a creative business thinker with great collaborative skills; with new product development and launch planning being a key area of focus, Lisa worked with internal and external experts across scientific, medical, regulatory and commercial disciplines.
Ever adventurous, Lisa decided to strike out as an independent pharma consultant in 1998. Working with large and small pharmaceutical companies including Aventis, Sanofi, Bayer, and The Medicines Company, Lisa has been responsible for the strategy and marketing planning for compounds across the spectrum of development stages: pre-clinical through Phases 1 to 3, NDA submissions, launch planning, and in-market.
In 2009, Lisa came on board at AMW, taking off once again with her favorite Frequent Flier partner. She’s garnered the respect of clients for her ability to push the thinking to new areas while staying focused on superb execution of large and complex programs.
